Consultants
Consultants are responsible for developing and managing accounts. 
Prospecting for new clients business by meeting hiring managers in order to understand their staffing needs.
Make recommendations to clients regarding candidates available to best meet their requirements.
Manage existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.
Consultants have experience at previous consulting firms or are from the health care space.

Candidate Analysts / Researchers
Candidates Analysts work together with consultants to help identify and source candidates for open roles.

  • Sourcing candidates through existing databases, advertising, internet, business contacts and direct recruiting and ‘head-hunting’
  • Meeting with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences
  • Develop weekly strategy and goals for Team.

Ideal experience includes at least 2 years experience in search or research. Client focused roles at leading health care companies an asset.

Interns
Students looking to gain knowledge of the health care technology space are encouraged to apply. Students are given the opportunity to work with consultants and candidate analysts where they are able to work with hospitals, health care manufacturers and vendors to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and processes of the health care technology and informatics industry.
