Unlike submitting your resume to internet resume banks, where hiring managers must comb through thousands of active jobseekers, our resume distribution service emails candidates resumes directly to hiring managers and recruiters inbox’s – bypassing resume banks and ATS systems.  Employers and Recruiters are given the opportunity to review the resume first hand before making the decision of contacting or forwarding to their ATS system.
