This document explains MedCare Staff’s policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
MedCare Staff collects and uses your personal information to respond to your requests for information, products and services. Unless we have your express consent, your personal information will only be used or shared to fulfill your request. 

Information you provide:

Subscribe to our Newsletter. Your e-mail address is collected and will only be used to send you the newsletter(s). You may subscribe or unsubscribe from our e-mail communications at any time.

Identifying positions of interest. We use information that we have collected concerning candidates to match it against our clients career opportunities. We may contact potential candidates from time to time regarding such opportunities.

Providing data to clients and references. We generally provide personally identifiable information regarding candidates to prospective employers or reference sources only if the candidate has requested or otherwise consented that we do so.

Soliciting information regarding candidates. We may contact individuals from time to time to solicit names of or other information regarding potential candidates in connection with a search that we are conducting.

Refining our Search Services. We may use information that we collect concerning candidates for purposes of developing and improving our Search Services that are reasonably necessary for the proper management of MedCare Staff’s business.

Participate in an online survey in which we ask you for contact information (like e-mail address), and we may ask for additional optional survey information (like service preferences). We use this information to administer our services and activity.

Contact MedCare Staff with a question or suggestion in which we collect your name, e-mail address and any comments you have. We only use this information to respond to and/or resolve your question or concern.

Technical information
When you visit our Web site, MedCare Staff may collect technical information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. This information (sometimes referred to as "non-personally identifiable information") may include the address (or "URL") of the Web site that you came from before visiting our site, which pages you visit on our site, which browser you used to view our site and any search terms you have entered on our site. This technical data is aggregated and used to measure and improve the effectiveness of the MedCare Staff Web site. We do not attempt to combine this technical data with the personal information we collect on our site.
MedCare Staff does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products, services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with MedCare Staff under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help MedCare Staff communicate with you about services from MedCare Staff and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
You remain in control of your information. MedCare Staff will NOT use or share the personal information we collect in ways unrelated to the purpose for which you provided the information without first obtaining your consent (opt-in). At the time you provide your information, you can choose whether you want to receive further communications about job opportunities, service information or other marketing messages.
If we collect your information and you are not presented with a choice that indicates the information you submit will only be used to fulfill your request. If you do opt-in to marketing communications from MedCare Staff, you can opt-out at any time. All e-mail communications from us, such as newsletters, tell you how to stop receiving them.
